Pick a photo taken near eye level. Keep both eyes, the nose, ears, and distinctive markings visible. Choose natural daylight and avoid deep shadows across the face.
Use the original photo rather than a screenshot.
Avoid blur, strong beauty filters, and tiny subjects far away.
Don’t cover the eyes with a hand, toy, or accessory.
02
One photo per subject
For multiple pets, use the clearest individual picture of each companion. They do not need to be sitting together. For people and pets, add the person and pets to their own slots so everyone’s details stay distinct.
03
Give them a little breathing room
Choose a photo that doesn’t cut through the ears or face. If you want a full-body composition, a photo showing the whole body provides better reference than a tight headshot.

Check before you continue
The studio accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB each. Check the upload preview, make sure each photo belongs to the correct subject, and replace any image that looks blurry.
