Helpful answers, from choosing a photo to finding the right home for your art.

All your questions →
Do I need to choose a print size first?

Start with your photos, art style, and orientation. Our artwork-first approach puts the portrait before product selection. Compatible product sizes will be shown when ordering opens.

Can I combine separate pet photos?

The studio lets you add separate photos for two to five pets, each with their own name and accessories. The planned generation experience brings them into one shared composition rather than separate portraits.

Can a person and their pet be in the same portrait?

Choose People & pets to add one person and up to four pets using separate photos. Pet-specific names, collars, and accessories belong to the pets, not the person.

What makes a good source photo?

Use a clear, well-lit photo with the face and distinctive markings visible. Avoid heavy filters, blur, and anything covering the eyes. The current creator accepts JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 10 MB.

Can I keep it simple, without names or accessories?

Absolutely. Names, decorative accents, tags, and accessories are optional. A classic portrait can be just the subject, your chosen art style, and a quiet background.

What do the gallery images show?

Our gallery uses original AI-created artwork and room scenes to explore styles, accessories, and display ideas. They are inspiration rather than customer photographs or exact product previews. Individual results, framing, and proportions can vary.

Can I order or generate an image today?

Not yet. You can explore the collection and plan a portrait in the studio, but image generation and checkout are not enabled. Prices, final product details, and delivery options will be available before ordering opens.
